Smells like the Cape, only better.

Today the Japan Sea is moving inland. Gotsu smells, looks and the air even tastes like summer in Cape Cod. It's fantastic, there is a thick haze over everything, like the sea is horizontally evaporating.That's the ocean out there.

The school is 2.5 km from the beach, but by the way the air feels, it might as well have a dock reaching out of the softball field into deep water.
I listened to "Pirate Turns 40" about 80 times on the drive home to recover a frisbee for English games. The air is just still enough for a frisbee toss around, its thickness may make things difficult.
But who cares.
